Delete your ZooBoxConnect account

ZooBoxConnect (package com.zoobox.zooboxconnect) is developed and published by Aton organization.

How to request deletion

You do not need the app to request deletion.

Send an email to info@zoobox.site with the subject “ZooBoxConnect account deletion”.
Include the business name and the phone number registered on your ZooBoxConnect account.
We will confirm the request with you on that phone number before deleting anything.

Your account profile: owner name, business name, email, address, saved locations and notes.
Your login sessions and the device notification token.
Voice recordings made in the app (these are already deleted automatically after 30 days).

Your account is deleted within 30 days of the request.

Records of completed deliveries, payments and invoices are kept without your name or contact details, only for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Nothing else is kept after deletion.
