ZooBox provides a platform connecting users with local restaurants and stores for food and essential goods delivery. To use the App, you must:

2. Orders and Payments

• Ordering: All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance by the participating merchants.
• Pricing: Prices for items are set by the merchants and may vary from in-store pricing. Delivery fees and service fees apply.
• Payment: Payment must be made through our authorized third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times provided are estimates only. ZooBox and its delivery partners aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe but do not guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic, weather, or merchant delays.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws.
• Attempt to circumvent the App's security or interfere with its proper working.
• Provide false delivery addresses or contact information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZooBox App, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ZooBox or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZooBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or the quality of goods provided by third-party merchants.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
